The Hanslope and District Historical Society has been in existence since 1990. A standing committee of members arrange open meeting speakers, manage the website and archive relevant material.
Open meetings, with speakers on a variety of historical topics, are held on the third Thursday every month (except December, April, July and August) at The Club, High Street, Hanslope, MK19 7LQ at 8pm. We welcome new members at a very modest £5 annual subscription, and guests are charged a £2 fee.
Various publications relating to Hanslope are available at society meetings.
We have a growing archive on our website consisting of maps, photographs, records, newspaper cuttings, wills and other documents.
